1. Service description

FixMyVideos provides an automated video file repair service. You upload a corrupted video, we attempt to repair it and generate a short preview, and you pay only if the preview meets your expectations. Full recovery is delivered upon payment.

2. No-cure, no-pay

You are charged only when you confirm the preview is satisfactory and initiate a download. If our engine cannot produce a usable preview, no charge is made. We do not guarantee recovery of every corrupted file.

3. Acceptable use

You may only upload files you own or have explicit rights to process. You may not use this service to circumvent DRM, process illegally obtained content, or attempt to reverse-engineer our software. Abuse may result in account termination.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your uploaded footage. By uploading, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process the file for repair purposes only. This licence expires when the file is deleted.

5. Limitation of liability

Our service is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or damage arising from use of this service beyond the amount paid for the specific job in question.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
